Grass-Finished Beef

We are proud to offer our Dry-Aged Angus Beef. Our beef is grass-fed and grass-finished. Grass-Fed and Finished means our animals are always allowed to graze on our mixed grass pastures, and never fed grain. Consuming grass-finished beef has several health benefits. Meat from grass-finished cattle has more Vitamin E and C, Beta Carotene, and health-producing fats such as Omega 3s and CLAs. We believe grass-finished beef is not only delicious and healthy, but farming cattle in this way is beneficial to the animals themselves and the environment.

Pastured Pork

Our Premium Berkshire Pork is highly regarded for being juicy, tender, flavorful, and heavily marbled. Yes that's right, this pork marbles like beef. We allow all of our pigs to have plenty of space to live like a pig, whether that be in our pig pasture or in one of our patches of woods. they are able to root and forage like they were always meant to do. Our pigs are never raised on concrete slats or in dark pig houses. We feed all of our pigs a locally milled, non-GMO grain ration to supplement what they forage for.

Pastured Lamb

Three Springs Farm raises Katahdin Hair Sheep. Our sheep spend their entire lives on our farm. We raise them along with our cattle so they are able to express their instinctive behavior in a natural environment. The protein content of lean, cooked lamb is usually 25–26%. Lamb meat is a high-quality protein source, providing all nine essential amino acids your body needs for growth and maintenance. We supplement our lambs on our locally milled, non-GMO sheep blend.
